I have severe allergies, are your products safe for me?

Many people get permanent makeup due to cosmetics sensitivities. Let me know if you have concerns about possible allergic reactions, and I will provide more information.

Does permanent makeup hurt? 

Permanent makeup is a form of tattooing, and a pain-free experience should not be expected. High-quality anesthetic products will be used during the process to keep you comfortable. 

Why does permanent makeup change from brown to undesirable colors like pink, purple, grey? 

Permanent makeup is as much of art as it is a science and many different factors depending on the color of your brows. It could be the type of ink, depth of implantation, improper color theory, sun exposure, medical conditions, and age of the work. 

What type of pigment do you use?  

The best pigment line on the market. Not only is this the safest line of pigments, but the colors are also known to hold true over time and not change to unappealing colors. It is manufactured in the USA and meets all Health Canada regulations for safety and quality.

What should I expect during my appointment?

You will be filling out paperwork upon arrival. Then we will take some photos and have the consult where we discuss shape/style/color. Then we will get to work carrying out the plan we just discussed. 

How long will it last?

Depending on your skin, health and if you come for touchup refreshers, your tattoo will last from 2-5 years. Some factors that will cause your semi-permanent tattoo to fade faster: oily skin, retinol or Vitamin C, iron deficiency, sun exposure, and exfoliants.

What is the aftercare? 

 We explain the aftercare instructions after each service and offer an aftercare balm, which helps speed up the healing process.
